I live in Laranjeiro, five minutes walk from the Metro station and 20 minutes drive from the centre of Lisbon.


I am on the fifth floor of a building with a lift, which makes it easier for my new owners to come to me, whether with their shopping bags, pram or for those with reduced mobility. The area of the building offers plenty of parking.


When you open my door you will find a ready to live flat with an entrance hall/corridor, two complete bathrooms which makes it easier for you to take a bath either in the morning or at the end of the day.
