This apartment is situated on Avenida Luis Bivar in honor of: Luís Frederico de BivarGomes da Costa (1827 - 1904), known as Luís Bívar, was a judge and politician Portuguese . He was a delegate of the Public Prosecutor's Office (1853), a judge of law (1862), a judge of the Court of Appeal of Lisbon (1882), of which he was president in 1894, and a counselor judge of the Supreme Court of Justice (1900). Throughout his political career, he has been a member of more than three dozen parliamentary committees. On 13 March 1902, he was appointed Counsellor of State (Government Gazette, No. 60, 15 March 1902). He has an avenue named after him in the parish of São Sebastião da Pedreira, in Lisbon.
